Here are some of the most frequently-asked questions we receive. If you have a question that isn’t listed here, please contact us!

  • Create an account on our secure portal. Our portal allows you to send your practice’s imaging to us and it allows us to provide radiology reports back to you.

  • Pricing is based on your practice’s monthly case volume:

    • 1-10 cases: $85.00 per report

    • 11-50 cases: $80.00 per report

    • 51+ cases: $75.00 per report

    All prices are in U.S. Dollars. There is no fee to register and there are no recurring fees. All services are provided a la carte.

  • Regular turnaround time is two to three business days.

    Urgent turnaround time is the next business day. An additional fee of $25.00 applies to urgent cases.

    All turnaround times exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.

  • We process billing on the 1st of each month for all cases completed in the prior month. This allows us to apply a volume discount, if applicable.

    We will send invoices to the e-mail address on file for your practice. You can pay the invoice quickly and securely online using a credit/debit card, ACH, or a digital wallet such as Apple Pay.

    Please note that we cannot bill patients directly nor can we accept payments from patients for our services.

  • We have been told that our clients have had success billing dental and medical insurance for radiology reports. Here are commonly used procedure codes for billing insurance:

    • CDT/Dental: D0391 ("Interpretation of diagnostic image by a practitioner not associated with capture of the image, including report.")

    • CPT/Medical: 76140 ("Consultation on x-ray examination made elsewhere, written report.")

    Please note that we are unable to provide support assistance for filing insurance claims. Also, we do not file insurance claims.

  • Dental clinicians and imaging professionals who acquire imaging are able to request radiology reports.

    Patients are not able to utilize our services.
